Real estate purchase by foreigners

 The purchase of real estate (house,  Houch, apartment, land) by é foreigners to Djerba   Tunisia requires  three steps:

Folder must contain document set :

  • party criminal records
  • a statement by bailiff
  • topographic maps
  • building permission
  • reattachment report

3- signature of the final sale contract

The Governor of Medenine delivers  a governor's license.

The final sales contract  is concluded  by referring to  Governor's Authorization.
